Mr. Best has over Thirty-five years experience in financial management and analysis, accounting and tax reporting, cash flow analysis and forecasting, system conversions, mergers & acquisitions, human resources, information technology, and employee benefits administration, operational and organizational analysis, process engineering and project/change management.
Mr. Best is not the typical CPA who has never run a small business. He can bring is varied and wide experience to help clients actually “run” their business.

• Experienced in mergers and acquisitions from both the selling and purchase sides

• Versed in running HR departments, including recruiting, handling discrimination and harassment issues, and designing HR and employee benefit programs (self insured vs. fully insured, etc.)

Ryan Whitley, CFP® has been in the financial services industry since 2005. Prior to starting NaviPath Financial, he spent 10 years working with clients at multiple career financial planning firms. Noticing a transition in the industry, away from product and towards true independent planning, he felt the need to structure his firm to most benefit his clients, thus NaviPath Financial was born.
Growing up in a family of business owners and marrying into a family of dentists and medical professionals, Ryan has seen firsthand the challenges busy professionals face when it comes to managing their finances. Planning and practice management are at the core of his business. Ryan’s ultimate goal for his clients is to lessen their financial burdens and reduce stress around money.
